The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has published its February figures for sports wagering, with total handle at US$31.5m.

The statewide total handle was down on January, at $31.5m compared to the previous month’s tally of $32.01m. Revenue for February stood at $1.95m ($2.61m) and tax $0.7m ($0.94m).

Rivers Casino moved to the top of the rankings in terms of handle, taking $8.15m for the month (Jan: $9.54m) compared to previous leading light SugarHouse’s $7.09m ($10.8m).

State tax, comprising 34 per cent of adjusted gross revenue, stood at $0.66m for February, down from January’s $0.886m.
