Entain’s commercial director Luke Mitchell is leaving the Ladbrokes and Coral owner after 11 years.
Mitchell joined the company, then GVC, in June 2014, as casino manager before becoming casino region manager in the UK.
After the switch to Entain, he transitioned to head of casino operations and leaves as commercial director, where he has been responsible for casino, sportsbook and operations.
“After 11 unforgettable years, I’m saying goodbye to Entain,” Mitchell wrote on LinkedIn.
“It’s hard to sum up over a decade of growth, change and incredible people — but what stands out most is the journey I’ve been lucky enough to be part of.”
“I started as an exec and leave as a director — having launched products, expanded into international markets, led brilliant teams and helped steer the business through plenty of transformation,” Mitchell added.
“I’ve learned more than I could have imagined and had a lot of fun along the way.”
Entain recently confirmed Stella David as its permanent CEO. She was appointed interim chief executive following the shock departure of Gavin Isaacs.
