You can unsubscribe from our digital publications at any time by following the link on each newsletter or digital publication mailing.
Certain of our printed magazine subscriptions are purchased with a promotional code or as part of a Special Offer. Some of our Special Offers may offer a discounted price printed subscription or additional free copies. Please be sure to check the T&Cs of any Special Offer in order to be clear about the price and number of issues included.

InterGame uses the data you provide to send you the magazines you have purchased and digital publications included in the print subscription package.
In order to best serve our customers, we may send welcome letters and updates that contain important information about our services and policies. We may also communicate with a subscriber to provide requested services and for account-related issues via email, phone or regular mail.
The data you provide, such as sector and geographic region, may be combined with other data to create and publish general, non-personally identifiable profiles and breakdowns of our readership and reader trends. We also collect information automatically from visitors to our websites and recipients of our digital publications to help us analyse our products and levels of reader engagement. We may share this composite information with our advertisers and business affiliates to help them better understand our services.
InterGame will send you renewal reminders via email, post or telephone as your subscription approaches expiry. Following the expiry of your subscription InterGame will continue to send you special offers and information on subscription packages and may from time to time send your free copies following any expiry of your subscription.
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties other than to fulfill the posting out of your magazines and electronic mailing of the digital publication. We may share aggregate information about our magazine readership or data regarding engagement levels with our advertisers and business affiliates to help them better understand our services but this information could never be used to identify an individual.
We will hold your data and send you news of special subscription packages and offers for six years following your subscription expiry date unless you let us know you no longer wish to receive such information by emailing [email protected] and we no longer need to store your personal data for regulatory reasons.
Should you wish to unsubscribe from our e-publications at any point please follow the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any newsletter / digital magazine email.
If you would like to request, amend, rectify or suppress the use of your data please email [email protected]
If you wish to be removed from InterGame’s print subscription, renewals marketing lists or wish to have your details removed from InterGame’s databases permanently please email [email protected]. Your data will be removed permanently unless this prevents InterGame complying with any legal obligations.
You can renew your subscription at any point by emailing [email protected].
Only refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will be considered. Upgrades and trial extensions are non-refundable. Please contact InterGame on +44 (0)161 633 0100 or by e-mail to [email protected] to submit the request. Your request will typically be processed within 28 days of receipt of this claim. The refund for any unmailed issues will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
Claims for missing hard copies will be met, free of charge. These must be claimed within three months of the expected date of receipt and are subject to stock availability.
