Igaming content developer Slammer Studios has revealed more details about its debut title, Magawa vs Mines.
The 7x7 slot, set to launch later this month, is inspired by the titular rat which earned international acclaim for its ability to detect landmines before its death in 2022.
The Rat Run feature is launched by landing a rat wild and mystery mine on the reels. When this is triggered, rat wilds run to the nearest mystery mines and set off the Mystery Reveal feature.
Base game mines are also triggered via the Rat Run, revealing mystery symbols.
Players can also set off the Chain Reaction, which is randomly triggered after the Mystery Reveals or winning combinations. This triggers extra mystery mines and creates space for more symbols.
Free games are triggered by revealing three scatters or more on the reels. Here, mystery mines turn golden with multipliers attached, offering up to 20,000x the bet.
Magawa vs Mines launches on November 28 and is “set to bring impactful gaming to players everywhere,” Slammer Studios said.
