Raketech, the igaming performance marketing partner, today announced that the current chairman of the board of directors, Christian Lundberg, has declined re-election.
The nomination committee has therefore suggested Ulrik Bengtsson to be appointed as new chairman of the board as of the annual general meeting on May 17.
Bengtsson is currently the CEO at William Hill. He joined in 2018 as chief digital officer and during 2019 he led the GBP240m acquisition of Mr Green.
He was previously the president and chairman of Betsson Group, a leading betting and gaming company listed on Stockholm Nasdaq OMX. He has also held positions as CEO of Viasat Broadcasting as well as CEO of the emerging markets pay-TV business at Modern Times Group.
