Enteractive has partnered with CRM marketing platform Optimove to incorporate its player conversion and retention services.


Enteractive’s experience in outbound calling for player retention will complement Optimove’s existing marketing channels including email, mobile, SMS, in-app messaging and web and mobile push.

Operators, as part of their CRM marketing strategy, can employ Enteractive’s services to reactivate players who have lapsed or identify players who display signs of problem gambling.
