A name change sees the former TopBetta Holdings become The Betmakers Holdings, it was announced today in Australia.
TopBetta is an online racing and sports betting company headquartered in Australia. It operates through shops and fantasy wagering and uses proprietary technology across risk management systems, odds management content delivery and consumer facing platforms.
Today it becomes The Betmakers Holdings after approval by shareholders at the annual meeting on June 18 and after the Australian Securities and Investments Commission has recorded the change of company name. Also today the new name is registered on the Australian Stock Exchange.
The change comes following the sale of TopBetta by TBH to PlayUp, the fantasy sports company for AU$6m.
