In his role, McGinley will help further scale the business and enhance its product roadmap, allowing FunFair Games to accelerate its games output and global distribution.

McGinley previously worked as Entain’s director of game studios, where he managed the company’s internal game production. Having also held senior roles at RNG Foundry, Casumo and Odobo, he brings with him a significant level of experience in studio management, game production and distribution.

"FunFair Games was launched to take advantage of the potential around the multiplayer games vertical and since its inception the company has looked to innovate. McGinley’s appointment will help take the company to the next level," the company stated.

As part of the announcement, FunFair Games’ COO, Lloyd Purser, will take a step back to focus on FunFair Ventures, the venture capital business, giving the FunFair Technologies group two developing brands in its portfolio.
