Flutter said he has decided not to seek re-election to the board and will depart at the conclusion of the AGM.

John Bryant, chair of the group, noted the “considerable value and strategic insights” Flint has brought to Flutter during his tenure.

Bryant also said Flutter is acknowledging the “tremendous contribution to the development of the Sky Bet business since its inception in 2001.”

Flint joined the board upon the merger between Flutter Entertainment and The Stars Group in March 2020.

He previously served as executive chair of Sky Betting & Gaming having been its CEO for 10 years before it was acquired by The Stars Group.
