Croatian boxer Filip Hrgović has signed a two-year partnership agreement with international betting company FavBet.
The collaboration with the unbeaten European senior and world junior champion (9-0) will continue through a series of marketing activities as well as the development of projects related to corporate social responsibility. Hrgović boxer shorts will be branded with FavBet logo.
Hrgović said: "If you want to be the first and the best – you need hang out with the best. That's why I chose FavBet, who have already collaborated with big sports names like boxer Oleksandr Usyk and legendary football player Alex Hleb. That is why I really look forward to future joint projects."
Oleg Smityuk, head of international marketing at FavBet, said: "Filip Hrgović is one of the most promising boxers in the world. He has won titles at the world and European level and his greatest successes are yet to come. Therefore, Filip is exactly what we need to further expand our business."
FavBet plans to launch an online betting business on Croatian market in Q1 2020. Hrgović will play a key role alongside Ivan Rakitic, the Barcelona footballer and Croatian national team player who became FavBet ambassador in August.
Hrgović and Rakitić will represent the Favbet brand in Europe, while in Ukraine they will represent the Favorit brand.
