In a comprehensive LinkedIn post, Cullen, who states that he was the company’s “first employee”, sent his “deepest gratitude” to every member of the team.

“It's with mixed emotions that I announce my decision to depart betPARX, an organisation I've evolved from its infancy,” he said.

“During my tenure, betPARX has grown punching above its weight class, boasting a team of over 140 outstanding individuals. Together, we've achieved remarkable milestones, generating over $100m in revenues and establishing sports betting and igaming licensed operations in five states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan, Maryland and Ohio.”

He confirmed that he will be attending ICE 2024 in London in February.
