BetMGM, the sports betting operator, has announced a partnership with Sony Pictures and IGT to launch Wheel of Fortune Casino.

It will enable the company to become the first fully brand-led online casino in North America, said BetMGM.

The famous game show is about to start its 40th season on TV and more than 250 versions of Wheel of Fortune slots have been launched over the past 25 years.

Said Matt Prevost, chief revenue officer at BetMGM: “Wheel of Fortune is watched nightly by millions of people; now with Sony and IGT we can bring the online casino experience to life.”

It will launch first in New Jersey.
