Symplify will aim to enhance King Billy Casino’s customer engagement strategy through a new partnership.

Symplify’s CRM ecosystem will be used in the deal, with its AI Personalisation Module a key factor in the agreement, which delivers a personalised Onpage experience shaped by machine learning.
The CRM ecosystem also enables King Billy to optimise its communication strategy across its user base via the Email, SMS and Push Packages.
King Billy will also get access to Symplify’s Campaign and Customer journey builder modules that are designed to boost user engagement processes, while also being able to employ the use of Symplify’s SaaS service.
Symplify CEO, Robert Kimber, said the CRM ecosystem is “perfectly suited to support King Billy’s progressive growth plans.”
Volodymyr Harkusha, King Billy Casino CEO, added that Symplify will help it navigate a “crossroads” after “six years of constant growth, innovation, attention to the player’s needs and commitment to responsible gaming.”
