Spelinspektionen, the Swedish gambling regulator, has revealed Q3 2023 revenues across the market reached SEK6.74bn.
Revenues increased marginally from Q2’s SEK6.71bn but dipped slightly year-on-year from Q3 2022’s SEK6.78bn.
Online casino and betting brought in the biggest portion of Q3 revenue in Sweden at SEK4.25bn, up month-on-month from SEK4.18bn but down from a prior-year period tally of SEK4.31bn.
State lottery and slot games were the next biggest driver of revenue in the latest quarter in Sweden, with Q3 revenue at SEK1.4bn, stable both month-on-month and year-on-year.
