Isle of Man Post Office’s specialist communications division, Integrated Mailing Solutions, has launched a digital scratchcard product in partnership with Bluefish Media that can be incorporated with traditional and digital direct mail campaigns.

Lisa Duckworth (pictured), commercial director for the Isle of Man Post Office, said: “An advance in technology and the increasing use of smartphones has led to an emerging mix of traditional and digital direct mail campaigns and the introduction of digital scratchcards.

“We can now offer customers the choice of incorporating a QR code in the mail piece, which links directly to a digital scratchcard, or continue the traditional way by sending out a physical scratchcard as part of the direct mail piece, allowing for quicker response and instant engagement with the player, and incremental sales for the operator.”

Chris Jeffries, managing director of BFIG, added: “It will allow us, as a partnership, to offer our customers tried-and-tested marketing solutions with added value and immediate consumer call to action.”
