PressEnter Group chief executive officer Lahcene Merzoug is leading a management buyout of the group.
The transaction will soon be completed, with Merzoug to take over as executive chairman.
Merzoug said the PressEnter team have a “sound strategy that we strongly believe in”, adding he is looking forward to “leading from the front” in a “new era” for the organisation thanks to its planned “major milestone."
PressEnter said its management team consider the group to have significant growth potential and have agreed terms with the existing financial investors to acquire the business.
PressEnter will continue to operate out of its Sliema, Malta headquarters.
