Kindred Group continues to hone in on its goal of zero per cent revenue from harmful gambling, as its Q4 figures show.

Its share of gross winning revenue from high risk players was 3.1 per cent in Q4, a decline from 3.3 per cent in Q3. Additionally, the improvement effect after interventions reached 87.4 per cent, an increase on 86.7 per cent in Q3.
“Addressing the decline in revenue from harmful gambling requires a long-term view,” said Alexander Westrell, director of communications at Kindred Group. “It's important to note that our Journey towards Zero data has shown a steady decrease since 2020.
“Since the third quarter of 2021, the healthier gambling behaviour effect after interventions have improved from 64.9 per cent to 87.4 per cent. This progress shows in our transparent reporting and consistent work. It highlights our company-wide commitment and has become a core part of Kindred's DNA."
