Flutter Entertainment has confirmed that it is aiming to begin listing its shares on the New York Stock Exchange from the end of January next year.

The group’s London Stock Exchange listing will be unaffected but it will cease to have a listing on Euronext Dublin from January 23.
In connection with the cancellation of Flutter’s Euronext Dublin listing, STOXX is removing the group from its EUROSTOXX index from December 18.
From January 29, Flutter’s shares will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol FLUT, while its FLTR ticker symbol on the London Stock Exchange will remain.
Flutter said it believes it is “appropriate to maintain just two listings to minimise regulatory complexities.”
