Enteractive has struck a partnership with community-focused online casino PlayStar to support its existing CRM services with bespoke reactivation campaigns.

Enteractive will look to help PlayStar reacquire players from lapsed accounts, focusing on registered non-funded player accounts.

The deal will employ Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform, which allows for the integration of selected player databases.

Native-speaking sales agents are able to engage with players in each market with human, one-to-one outreach by phone.

PlayStar CMO Jon Bowden said Enteractive’s “expertise in both conversion and  reactivation campaigns will help us maximise our NGR and enhance the player experience for audiences.”

Andrew Foster, Enteractive CBO, added: “With the aid of our highly skilled team of local U.S. call agents, we are certain that PlayStar can increase their results in player conversions and reactivations."

Last year, Enteractive engaged with over 8.1 million players, generating over €59m for global operators from almost €263m in deposits.
