Developer of branded online betting games and internet casino software CryptoLogic has acquired the online gaming licences for InterCasino.
CryptoLogic, which reported increased revenues for the third quarter of 2011, has acquired the Maltese licences for nominal consideration from OIGE, a long-standing customer of the company's fully hosted online casino platform.
The transfer of the licences has been cleared by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
