Gaming technology provider Comtrade Gaming is to highlight at ICE London 2019 how value through a high degree of real-time retention strategies, enabled by predictive analytics, can be created.
“Our product development is focused on the player and is creating an environment that delivers the best possible responsible player experience on any given channel,” said Aleš Gornjec, Comtrade Gaming’s general manager.
Comtrade will present the latest additions to its online gaming platform iCore. The player account management system includes real time responsible gambling notifications and alerts and personalised limit setting. There are further updates to the sophisticated bonusing gamification feature, Award Games.
Predictive analytics assists the operator to plan, launch and personalise individual promotions, communicate specific messages and award its players before, during and after gameplay. Operators can engage the player with additional retention tools, enhance the player's lifetime value, control their business better and improve operational efficiency. Betting operators can now launch personalised free bet campaigns that are based on player’s past behavior.
In connecting to predictive analytics data sources, Comtrade will use new dashboard technology that connects to traditional one and display new ways to understand and optimise business performance.
With the newest gaming machine management platform, sCore, Comtrade shows new ways of real time data collection from the gaming machines that support GSA’s G2S protocol under one central server. There is also the presenting of the Regulatory Reporting Interface protocol for data collection from systems that then goes through the extensive validation and verification engine, and is prepared for numerous types of reporting and alert notifying.
Comtrade Gaming’s game development team gCore will present a brand-new framework, The Game Engine, with various features that specifically focus on multi-device support. The Game Engine is created to maximise code reuse, create visually rich content, reduce development and testing time and deploy games across multiple channels.
With the gCore, Remote Game Server solution for vendors and operators, we fully optimise implementation and distribution of online, mobile and server-based gaming content to achieve the best user experience.
