Bragg Gaming Group has acquired a stake in an online casino game developer in Brazil as it beefs up its presence in the newly regulated market.

Bragg has also struck a content partnership with RapidPlay involving exclusive commercial distribution at standard market terms.
The agreement means Bragg can integrate and offer RapidPlay’s igaming content to its operator partners in Brazil.
Bragg has previously said it expects the Brazil market to contribute 10 per cent of its global revenue in 2025.
Neill Whyte, chief commercial officer at Bragg, said RapidPlay “combines creative excellence with operational efficiency, making it an ideal partner for our expansion efforts in the region."
Rafael Bordion, CEO and co-founder of RapidPlay, said: "RapidPlay was founded to create genuinely Brazilian gaming experiences. Joining forces with Bragg gives us the scale and structure to do that with even greater impact. We’re excited to enter this next phase together.”
Bragg also has the future option of acquiring a controlling interest in RapidPlay if the deal goes well.
The company will use its Fuze player engagement technology suite to power the RapidPlay titles developed under the partnership.
