The former England under-21 international footballer, who says he will retire after the fight, is hoping to go out with a bang at the Hull Arena.

“We decided it was a no-brainer to be associated with Curtis Woodhouse,” said a BetSpinWin spokesperson. “He is greatly loved in boxing, and sport in general, due to his drive and desire, plus the fact he is a complete character.”

Woodhouse added: “I'm delighted that BetSpinWin.com have sponsored me for my up-and-coming title fight on [Saturday], the support is much appreciated.”

Woodhouse is chasing the 22nd win of his career and victory against challenger Darren Hamilton will see the 33-year-old retire as the British light-welterweight champion.
