For Malta-based IG & Partners, the strength of a company lies in its human resources

IG and Partners (IGP) was formed 18 years ago in Italy to deliver high quality content to the i-gaming industry. Today, the company is run by a focused team of professionals with vast experience in gaming and is headed by administrator Edward Saliba.

“We recruited a highly qualified team knowing that the strength of a company is in its human resources and its capacity to work as a team to overcome challenges,” IGP marketing manager Gabriella Calapaj told iNTERGAMINGi. “The results were visible from the start and today we already have a respectable client base.”

Its mission statement – ‘to become partners with clients in the research and development of the best solutions to satisfy their requirements’ - is based on a simple concept. “Latest technological software, qualified customer care service, innovative marketing are the main assets of IGP,” said Calapaj. “The best service a client can desire is to have a high quality turnkey product complete with sportsbook, live casino, poker, skill games and all surrounding services such as legal, risk management, customer support and marketing, which play an important role in such a competitive market as that of gaming,” she continued.

Through its subsidiary Conglomerate, IGP holds a Class 2 licence for sports betting and has a Class I licence from Malta for live gaming and the virtual casino sector. The group is currently in the process of obtaining Class 3 and Class 4 licences.

The decision to operate from Malta was due to the country establishing itself in the i-gaming industry through the optimisation of its resources in the legal, financial and technological sectors. “In our view, it is beneficial that each country has its own internal rules with its own legislation but without ignoring the European legislation to guarantee the common interest of all member countries,” IGP marketing manager Gabriella Calapaj told iNTERGAMINGi.

IGP services investors in the gaming sector with the philosophy “every customer is different”. As a result of this, individual profiles are built up and serviced in unique ways.
