CEO Oskar Mühlbach and the Raketech board of directors have agreed that he will leave his post due to “different views on the strategic direction of the company.”
The affiliate and performance marketing company said co-founder and former board member Johan Svensson will become acting CEO until a new permanent CEO has been found.
Ulrik Bengtsson, chairman of the board at Raketech, said the board is “confident” in appointing Svensson as acting CEO to build on the “strong foundation” left by Mühlbach.
Svensson stepped down from the company’s board in October to focus on his role as chief commercial officer.
