CMO David Murphy will head up the company’s growth through marketing and commercial relationships, aiming to drive revenue and profit.

Andrew Lee (pictured), who has been with QiH Group from the start, will become the COO, employing his decade-long experience at the company.

He will oversee all departments, revenue growth and manage systems and compliance strategy.

Murphy said the “growth and leadership” at the company in the past few years made the CMO role a “a really attractive next step in my career.”

He added: “I can’t wait to bring my expertise in the iGaming sector to QiH, helping develop and motivate a fantastic marketing team to bring this power affiliate to its goal of becoming the UK’s most widely known affiliate in online betting and gaming.”

Lee added: “I look forward to using the experiences of the past decade at QiH to continue to drive operational excellence to deliver on our strategic growth plans. With our talented team and strong foundations, we're well-positioned to continue building on our success.”

Jamie Walters, QiH Group CEO, said: “As the company saw a 75 per cent increase in both revenue and profit in FY2023 and is on track for a repeat of that this year, it’s vital that we have this level of experience to lead the team alongside me.

“David’s knowledge of the betting and gaming sector and Andrew’s knowledge of QiH’s operational excellence as well as what our partners need will bring a wonderful combination to our existing team – and there’s more to come.”
