Having signed an exclusive deal with Genting Alderney, a subsidiary of Genting International, SBTech is to provide sports betting services that will include more than 10,000 live events each month displayed in the ship’s sports bar via self-service terminals.

Customers will also be able to access the company’s HTML5 tablet and smartphone compatible mobile betting platform.

Itai Zak, SBTech’s CEO, said the company was delighted to have been chosen for this “ambitious” project.

“It further solidifies our reputation of providing very high quality turnkey sports betting solutions and we’re confident that visitors to Bimini SuperFast Ferry will enjoy our wide range of US sports betting opportunities.”

This latest deal follows earlier agreements with Xhoilotto in Albania and Serbia’s MaxBet to provide interactive betting solutions to the land-based market.
