Recently launched contact centre Yello has announced it will now be providing outbound customer services for telecommunications provider Sure.

Yello will provide service and support to Sure’s business and domestic customers in the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Andy Bridson from Sure said the company saw the advantages in working with another Isle of Man-based organisation: “When we heard about Yello setting up on the Isle of Man and employing local people, many of who will be Sure customers, we were very keen to explore the possibility of working with them.”
Although this deal sees Yello stepping away from its focus as a contact centre for the gaming and betting companies in the Isle of Man, Yello’s CEO Martin Linham feels confident that the company is equal to the task of working with Sure.
“Our staff are already familiar with the business and the services it offers, so we’re well placed to hit the ground running and ensure that their commitment to quality and service is maintained right from day one,” Linham commented.
