The group has applied for licences under subsidiaries Spielo International US, Spielo International Canada and Spielo International Austria. Each subsidiary has been previously granted gaming licences from the Nevada Gaming Commission.

"Applying for these licences in Nevada is an important step in our i-gaming strategy for the US," said Walter Bugno, president and CEO, Spielo International.

Other subsidiaries of the Lottomatica Group from the GTECH G2 business unit - Boss Media and St Minver - have also applied for Interactive Gaming Service Provider licences from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Spielo International and GTECH G2 together make up the new gaming division of the Lottomatica Group. The division provides a full range of player-focused games, products and services across every gaming channel. The group anticipates that the licences will enable both existing and future customers to benefit from its trusted and proven high performance i-gaming offering.
