PokerStars CEO Gabi Campos is leaving PokerStars less than two years after joining the poker room from 888's B2B arm Dragonfish.

Campos, who will leave the company on February 1, is resigning to "pursue other opportunities." In a brief statement, PokerStars thanked Campos for his hard work and commitment and wished him the best in all his future endeavours, adding that "a search for Gabi's replacement is under way."

Campos was named CEO in July 2010 after leaving Dragonfish and is now the third high profile official to leave the company in less than a year.
