EveryMatrix has launched a new loyalty and gamification tool comprising elements such as bonuses, levelling and tournaments.

EngageSuite, which aims to “significantly boost [player] loyalty and drive long-term value” for operators, also offers spendable loyalty currency, challenges, mini-games and jackpots.
“Each component is powerful on its own, but they truly shine when used together,” said Stian Enger Pettersen, CEO of Casino at EveryMatrix.
“Operators set the framework, and players personalise their journey with the benefits they value most.”
EveryMatrix said all EngageSuite products are live with its igaming clients, with challenges boosting game rounds by 15 per cent.
It said unique active players across its customer base – and the games EngageSuite is able to work with – are up 20 per cent, while it added that JackpotEngine has boosted average bet amounts by 5.4 per cent.
EveryMatrix said operators can combine the EngageSuite tools using a back-office to customise the experience for players.
