The first ever virtual sports games available in the US ilottery market have been launched, accessible exclusively with the Virginia Lottery.
The Virtual Sports games – or VSports – were developed by Inspired Entertainment and launched in collaboration with NeoPollard Interactive, a join venture between B2B gaming content and technology provider Aristocrat Interactive and Pollard Banknote.
As part of the venture, Aristocrat Interactive developed a customer integration offering for VSports through its aggregation system, Fusion, allowing the Virginia Lottery to benefit from this new game category and be able to offer its players football, basketball and horse racing draw games all under one digital platform.

Each VSports game runs on a specific schedule, allowing players to place bets on a virtual event of their choosing. Through the use of a certified random number generator and similar to other online games, all VSports games are simulated ensuring results are fair and random. The outcome of live sporting events has no impact or influence on VSports.
