Ainsworth Game Technology has entered into an online technology agreement with ComTrade Gaming.
The deal means AGT will be able to use ComTrade Gaming’s gCore game server to more efficiently deliver Ainsworth’s land-based slot games to an online audience.
AGT CEO Danny Gladstone said: “This agreement will allow Ainsworth to acquire ComTrade Gaming’s extensive online development experience and provide a proven games delivery pathway to selected online markets.”
Aleš Gornjec, general manager at ComTrade Gaming, added “The agreement goes to show that the gap is closing between the online and land-based industries.
“We believe that ComTrade Gaming’s experience and development strengths will accelerate Ainsworth’s growth in the i-gaming space and we look forward to developing this relationship further.”
