Online casino software provider Swintt has acquired developer ELYSIUM Studios in a move which will add a number of releases to Swintt’s roadmap.
The new collaboration will see ELYSIUM Studios build their games on the SwinttPlatform and start by planning the roll-out of several games.
The provider will launch its games in regulated markets, giving operators and players a greater range of gaming options at Swintt’s partner casinos.
ELYSIUM Studios has already played an important role in developing the visual art and animation for games such as Red Tiger’s Dragon’s Luck.
David Mann, Swintt’s CEO, said the acquisition of ELYSIUM Studios is a “huge step” for the company which will “enable us to further cement our market position by further diversifying the Swintt portfolio.”
“ELYSIUM Studios will certainly usher in an exciting period of game production for our company and we can’t wait to see how operators and players enjoy upcoming releases like I Hate Fairytales and Pirate Pledge,” Mann added.
