The new chief representative for partner servicing for the Swedish gaming industry is Carolina Swaffer, Svenska Spel, the state-owned operator, has announced.
It is a new service into which Swaffer has been appointed after serving as head of communications at PostNord, the postal service covering Scandinavia.
Patrik Hofbauer, president and CEO of Svenska Spel, said: “Carolina has broad experience in business development and will use that experience to develop greater co-operation with our agents and partners. We need to focus on customer experience as it is critical to us if we are to be competitive in the new gaming market.”
Svenska Spel has 6,500 agents and partners across the country, servicing around 2.1 million customers.
