Sportradar, the sports technology company, has announced the acquisition of Vaix, a developer of artificial intelligence solutions for the igaming industry.

The Vaix technology permits operators to gain a personalised view of their customers, enabling a more targeted, player-friendly experience. As an example, operators can offer the best possible bet without searching and give players the right offer based on players’ future value.
Sportradar has already partnered with Vaix and used its technology in its Managed Trading Services (MTS) offer, a trading, risk, live odds and liability management tool that helps operators boost margins and increase efficiency.
Vaix was founded in 2016 by John O’Malia and Andreas Hartmann. In that time it has provided a personalised experience to over 50 million users for tier one, two and three operators.
