OpenBet Retail, the retail division of sportsbook and software supplier OpenBet, has announced that OpenBetPromote will be the first of its product launches in the pipeline for 2011.

Sky Sports’ Alex Hammond will assist the company in showcasing the new betting promotion display software on the first day of ICE Totally Gaming at Earl’s Court.

OpenBet Retail will offer a number of benefits with the new promotion display software aimed at increasing revenue opportunities in high street betting shops. Designed for major and independent bookmakers, OpenBetPromote is available now and enables big screen promotion of high profile sporting events and more flexibility on betting options to enhance their offering in the retail industry.

OpenBetPromote is a software only solution giving bookmakers the flexibility to select their own PC hardware and support their own estates independently. OpenBetPromote has been designed to display pictures and promote betting opportunities on up to 255 separate displays, which can be flexibly mapped across up to 40 physical high definition screens. Sports zones and virtual zones can be created as HD video walls or displayed on single HD screens.

David Loveday, CEO of OpenBet, commented: "With OpenBet Retail, our ongoing strategy is to focus on developing products that enable our customers to provide a betting experience in shops that is innovative, fast and most importantly, interactive. This year promises to be an exciting one for the industry and for OpenBet."
