US gambling operator Rush Street Interactive is mulling a sale, according to a report.

Bloomberg reports that company representatives have “approached potential buyers” including DraftKings.

RSI, which operates the BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse brands, narrowed its loss in 2023 to US$60.1m, down from $134.3m in 2022, fuelled by a strong fourth quarter.

Q4 revenue reached $194m, up 17 per cent year-on-year, while full-year revenue climbed by 17 per cent to $691m.

RSI has projected FY24 revenue guidance of between $770m and $830m.

CEO Richard Schwartz said: “These results and the ensuing momentum have carried into strong guidance for the new year, reflecting our longstanding customer-centric principles and obsession with developing innovative and differentiated user experiences.”
