Playtech has brought in Doreen Tan to its board as a new independent non-executive director.
Tan will begin her post on July 9 and the role will add to her 30 years’ experience at financial institutions.
Playtech’s non-executive chairman Brian Mattingley said: “I am delighted that Doreen has agreed to join the Playtech Board.
“Her wealth of experience, gained at some of the world's leading financial institutions, will add further depth and valuable insights to the board's discussions.
“We look forward to welcoming her to Playtech as we continue to execute our strategy."
