Supplier of games and systems within online casino Net Entertainment will launch its own live casino product this year.
In its earning report 2011, the company posted increased revenues and confirmed plans to launch its own live casino product in order to continue improving and expanding its product portfolio.
"Net Entertainment has a clear focus on online casino and to complement the existing product portfolio and strengthen the company's offering, it was decided during the fourth quarter to launch our own live casino product with a planned release around year-end 2012," said acting CEO and president Bjorn Krantz.
Organic growth led the company to a 21.6 per cent increase to ¤13.7m during Q4 2011 and revenues for the full year saw an increase of 16.1 per cent to ¤48.5m. During 2011, its market share in Europe increased to 22.4 per cent compared to 19.3 per cent in year 2010 1.
Responding to the growing mobile market, the company completed and launched its first mobile games during December 2011 and plans to release more during 2012. This year will also see Per Eriksson begin his new role as Net Entertainment CEO. Appointed during the fourth quarter, Eriksson, who is currently serving as CEO and president of Dustin Group, will begin his post on March 1.
