Interactive scratch cards and lottery games group NeoGames has appointed Ilan Rosen as CEO, effective from January 1, 2013.
Rosen has spent the last three years as CFO and head of corporate affairs at NeoGames. Previously, he was CFO at Babylon, a global provider of language and search solutions, and has also held senior roles in financial management in public traded companies such as Alvarion and One1.
A statement from the NeoGames board of directors said: "Mr Rosen's appointment as CEO of the group comes at a time when the group's founders will focus on their strategic and advisory role in the group."
