Ben Murr has been named the new president of TwinSpires and online gaming at Churchill Downs, the online wagering and gaming entertainment company in Kentucky, US.
Murr (pictured) will be responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the businesses. He brings 24 years of experience to the position, having spent 14 years with Churchill Downs already in many management roles. Before that he was at General Electric.
He will also remain a senior vice-president of CDI in addition to his responsibilities as president of TwinSpires and online gaming.
