Responsible gaming technology provider Mindway AI has teamed up with 888 owner evoke to boost the operator’s player protection protocols.
Evoke, which also operates William Hill and Mr Green, has incorporated Mindway’s GameScanner tool which allows operators to understand the risk profile of their customer database.
Brands can intervene at an earlier stage with the aim of preventing problem gambling.
Mindway AI CEO Rasmus Kjaergaard said the partnership “perfectly aligns with our mission to propel responsible gaming practices forward and set new standards in the industry.”
Will Mace, group director of player safety at evoke, said the company “will be able to really enhance our commitment to our players” by employing GameScanner in its operations.
