The Malta Gaming Authority has cancelled the gaming licence of ASAP Italia, effective immediately.
The skill games provider has been ordered to suspend all gaming operations with immediate effect and to place a notice on its website notifying users of the Authority’s ruling.
The MGA stated that any websites operated by or associated with ASAP Italia, and which make reference to the Authority or the licence, are no longer approved.
ASAP Italia is not authorised to continue conducting online gaming by means of distance communications under a MGA licence.
