The Dutch gambling regulator has published a fresh list of priorities for its work in 2024, including paying extra attention to duty of care and the prevention of gambling harms.

Kansspelautoriteit

As part of the Supervision Agenda 2024, Kansspelautoriteit said it is putting more effort into combatting illegal online offerings with the aim of at least 90 per cent of players playing with legal providers.

The KSA said it also seeks to ensure compliance with the provision of data, calling on operators to provide “timely, complete and correct data” for supervisory purposes.

The support of partners including municipalities, the police and the Public Prosecution Service will also be on the Dutch regulator’s agenda for 2024.
