Robert Hoskin is stepping down as Entain’s chief governance officer after 18 years, with the group choosing to restructure its Regulatory Affairs department as it looks to focus on regulated or regulating markets.

Hoskin, who originally served as company secretary and group director of legal, regulatory and secretariat, will leave Entain’s board on June 30 and stay in his role until August 31.
He was promoted to chief governance officer in October 2020 and joined the board in 2021.
Entain said general counsel Simon Zinger will take on Hoskin’s other responsibilities.
Hoskin said he leaves Entain as a “best-in-class, responsible operator with outstanding governance and a clear commitment to sustainability in all its forms.”
Entain CEO, Jette Nygaard-Andersen, added Hoskin has “played an instrumental role” in Entain’s success so far.
