Highlight Games has struck an exclusive agreement with MotoGP to use archive race footage in a new collection of random number generated games.
A virtual MotoGP Classic Race and a MotoGP lotto numbers game are among the titles set to be developed alongside a MotoGP roulette-style game.
Highlight Games CEO Steven Holmes said: “In addition to a classic virtual sports product, we’re in the process of developing a whole new range of innovative games to suit different customer needs, and these fast-paced products featuring pivotal moments from past MotoGP seasons will offer our customers an exclusive opportunity to deliver this exciting sport to their audience in a whole new way.”
The head of global commercial partnerships at MotoGP rightsholder Dorna Sports, Marc Saurina, said: “The way in which Highlight is innovating the virtual sports space is hugely impressive and we’re looking forward to seeing the new products out in the market soon, highlighting some of the most exciting moments in MotoGP’s 75-year legacy as the world’s most exciting sport.”
