Playtech has announced that non-executive director Paul Hewitt has stepped down from his role after three years.
Hewitt, who also stands down from the Playtech board’s risk and compliance committee, is joining Provident Financial as a non-executive director.
Independent non-executive director Claire Milne has stepped in to become chair of Playtech’s risk and compliance committee.
Alan Jackson, Playtech’s chairman, said: "I would like to thank Paul on behalf of the board and the company. Over the last three years Paul's contribution has been of huge value to the company during a period of strategic progress and diversification and we wish him every success in his future roles."
