HappyHour.io, an investor in the gaming industry, is expanding into North America through a deal with Ontario-based igaming company Betty.
Betty offers a range of slot games, with female slot enthusiasts its primary market.
Robin Reed, managing partner of HappyHour, said Betty has a “strong” management team, adding HappyHour believes Betty is “well positioned to succeed in the North American market.”
Endzone Media, Milwaukee Venture Partners and industry experts Seth Young and Mark Mariani are als involved in the investment.
