GSN Games has reached an agreement to acquire Bash Gaming, the creator of leading social bingo game Bingo Bash.

Bingo Bash has 4.8 million monthly active users playing on Facebook, iOS, Android and Kindle devices, making it the most popular social bingo game in the world.

GSN’s Jeff Karp said: “This transaction will not only strengthen [our] portfolio, it supports our strategy of building a diverse business, operating across all major platforms, with a broad portfolio of titles in both social casino and skill tournament genres.

“With [this] acquisition, we will expose our millions of social casino players to the Bingo Bash experience, while introducing existing players to our highly engaging games including the Wheel of Fortune and Deal or No Deal slots.”

Sumit Gupta, founder and CEO of Bash Gaming, added: “I’m very proud of what our team has accomplished, creating the world’s number-one bingo game, and with this new strategic partnership, we are poised to deliver our games to millions of additional players.”

Subject to approvals, the acquisition is expected to complete later this month.
